i heard if you dont wake up before you hit the ground you will die and i have those dreams all the time but i always wake up before i hit the ground.

I ain't sure..
I have had those dreams to and halfway to the floor I wake up and somehow I land standing on my feet in a catchers position..
But the only thing I could say is if it does anything it may give you a heart attack by the shock of falling and then your body feeling the impact could send you into a heart attack..
but i think falling out of bed in a dream and having Heartattack and/ or Death are both myths

Yup, total myth! I've hit the ground numerous times in dreams and I'm still here.

I think you'll wake up when you hit the ground, coz you fell out of bed then...

My boyfriend said he has actually hit the bottom and he's still here. Personally I have no idea I've never made it to the bottom yet :) good luck

not sure, nobody has ever hit the ground, you would probably have a heart attack, I think
