I have been doing That since college and I never stopped since then. I don't know what to do about it. I am married but we are living apart, she is in German and i am in Ethiopia at the moment. I don't think we will be together soon. What can i do to stop this?

Don't worry.If u have a strong will,you will be able to get rid of this bad behaviour.And to know that it's forbidden in religion,causes physical exhaution ,mental worry & remose.Try practicing exercise,reading books in religion,not staying alone along time may help.

First off, don't feel bad. It is completely natural to have a sex drive---it's in our DNA. I feel the bigger problem is "denying" yourself and acting out in more dangerous ways---promiscuity, molestation, rape, etc.
