No I am not and never will claim to be, but if i was one i would provide affordable service for those that want to help their pets but cannot afford to because vets are so expensive.
I rescue pets and i have gotten some that were walking death, my vet would just want to put them down, but i would somehow find my own cures and save the dog or whatever it is.
