I think rape is unlawful sexual intercourse by a man with a woman,other than her husband & against her will.Conditions of consent:1-she mustn't be under the age of 18 .2-she mustn't be mentally deficient.3-she mustn't be under fear of threats.4-She mustn't be under fraud as when a man impersonates her husband.5-She mustn't be under narcosis.6-She mustn't be under anasthesia.Molest is only pointing to the need to have sex through any act.

Rape requires the forced penetration of an orifice, in most states vaginal or anal. Molestation only requires the touching of a "private" area: breasts, vulva, penis, testes, etc.
