If it is rubbing alcohol or methanol you go blind and die because it is toxic.
If it is drinkable alcohol it depends on how much and whether you are old enough to legally drink. Reasonable use by somebody who is of age isn't a problem (if you avoid driving while still impaired). An excessive amount can get you into a situation that you would avoid if not drunk. At that point you end up being quoted in the newspaper as "I am very sorry because I didn't see those kids walking in the road as I was driving home from that party."

1) You kill brain cells.
2) You can do reckless stuff and kill people.
3) You express anything that you don't want to say.
4) If you drink it too fast or slow, you can die.
5) You can be alcohol poisoned like Bon Scott (lead singer for AC/DC before Brian Johnson)
Alcohol does bad things to good people so if you want to take the risk go ahead but know that you might end up dying.

Shot term? You get drunk, you fall down and make a fool of yourself. Long term if you drink to much it can cause serious liver damage. If you drink to much you can literally poison yourself with alcohol. If you get behind the wheel you can kill yourself and someone else. You can destroy your family.
I drink sometimes. But booze is far down on the list of things I can't do without.

There are many possible consequences.
They range from: Having a hell of a great time and maybe having sex with someone you ordinarily would not have a chance with.
To: Slow death from various diseases like cirrhosis of the liver, or a quick accidental death.
Bottoms up!

Addiction and revealing too mcuh of your thoughts.
I am not a drunkard but I once got really drunk and spitted out a lot of things that I probably would have kept to myself. I really regret having done that!!
