I'm getting a head start on Christmas! My fiancee is a fairly experienced player, his father works for the PGA tour if that tells you anything. I'm not looking to break the bank, just something good for him to use!

ping G5 steel shaft.
I have these clubs and I LOVE THEM!!! it is so hard to have a bad shot with these clubs. even if you have a bad swing the club has so much forgiveness you still hit an o.k. shot.

Sounds like you may have the answer already. Ask your father in law.
If that doesn't work, take your fiancee to a pro-shop and have him try out some clubs. Tell him your cousin or your best friends brother is looking of clubs and he's about his height, build, and about the same handicap.

I'm an avid golfer and I've honestly found the cheapest place to get clubs is on ebay. I'm a huge Titleist irons and woods fan. If you need more specifics, let me know or shoot me an email.

You need to take her to some demo days and see what she hits the best. Don't just buy her a set. You can get her to go to the demo days and act like it for you and just remember what she hits. You can find out about the demo days by going to the manufactures websites.
