Whats wrong with red hair?!?

so my friend has red hair and its gorgeous cuz it has blonde highlights and no one can get it from a bottle and she hates it and thinks guys dont like her cuz of her hair..what do you think? is red hair that bad?

I have a similar color to that and I havent always loved my color. It wasnt until I was in high school that I started to like being a redhead now I love it. No one else has my same color and it distinguishes me from everyone else. When I was younger and going through the not liking my hair color phase, I wanted to go blond because it seemed like guys alwasy said they liked blonds over brunettes and redheads. Maybe thats how she feels. It wont hurt for her to experiment though with her color and will probably end up going back to her natural color. She will learn that guys really dont pick girls to date based on their hair color and if they dont like her cuz she is a redhead then they arent worth her time anyways.
She may also have people giving her unwanted nicknames because of her hair color.. Some that I had: Big Red, Long Legged Red Head, and my step sister and brother called me the Red Headed Step Child... that could be another reason she hates it.

There is nothing wrong with red hair. Some people just think it looks weird. I, personally love it! One of my friends is a red head, and guys always say she's mean and stuff, so they call her names because of her red hair. But they are all soooo immature. But anyways, Red hair is pretty.

i'm a redhead and i have blonde highlights, people always randomly ask me if the red is my real hair color, and they always say it's so gorgeous and they love it, so i guess it cant be too bad! i always hated my red hair though since i was like 5..im just beginning to like it now and im 15.

I think red hair is great!!! I think you friend needs to work on her self-esteem. There is nothing wrong with red hair. Tell her to flaunt it. Not everyone can be a natural red. Who says blondes have all the fun? :)

There's nothing wrong with red hair...I have some natural red highlights in my hair. I think it's really pretty. Guys don't look too hott with read hair though.

No!! Red hair is gorgeous. Especially natural red, of course. Not that crazy neon red insecure people with bad taste dye their hair to... anyway, no, red hair is gorgeous. Look at Marcia Cross; it's not that bad now is it? No way, josé. And don't let that friend of yours think otherwise. ; )

If she would change her attitude, and feel that she is sexy and confident about it.... It would not matter what color her hair was.....people go after confidence. I've seen many beautiful woman with red hair, most have pail skin...but that is one of things that makes them beautiful.....they are rare. Blondes are a dime a dozen.....but still beautiful too.

So just tell her to "think sexy"...and to "think confident".....and if a guy turns her down....Who the hell cares!..Go on to the next one.

Maybe they don't like her for a reason other than her hair. There is nothing wrong with red hair. Its just may be easier for her to blame the color of her hair than it is to examine herself for whatever else may be the problem.

I don't like ginger hair but i love auburn. A really deep red colour looks great on women.
