if u never try, u never know. Whenhe flirts with other girls, does he do it in front of u? If so, maybe he jus wants a reaction????

Look that fear right in the eye and say... "You're always gonna be there, aren't you...?" Point being: If you let your fears rule you, you'll never amount to much anyway... Just ask and see if he'd like to go do something together - HIS treat...! He'll probably smile when he gets it and say "OK..."
If he says no, he'll probably still flirt with you, but you may not want to flirt back anymore...

joke around with him a bit. Add it into your flirtation. Bring it up as a what if type question with him Be like. What if I told you..... I really liked you? after he answers (Hoping its a good answer) ask him and what if.... I were to ask you out for a drink or movie(whatever suits your age and what not) on friday night? and just fit it into the flirting like i said. make it a fun time and with it sounding a bit joke-like if you are rejected it might let off some of the tension.

So just ask him if he is ever going to get brave enough to ask you out or not. That way you didn't ask and it is up to him to make a move. If he says never then just laugh and tell him thank goodness because you were worried you were going to have to turn him down since he is such a flirt with other girls.

Realize it's just as difficult for a guy to ask a woman out, as it is for a woman to ask a guy out. If he flirts with you, he probably likes you. But if you're still too worried about being shot down, ask him the first time to join a group of you for something; like, "A couple of my friends and I are going to the movie, and I was wondering if you would like to join us?"

If the lines of communication are open (Viz-a-viz flirting), let him know suggestively what he is missing by not taking you out. If he still doesn't get the hint, he is too stupid for you to waste your time, and you still have not been outright rejected. GL

the best thing......Say f*(k it. A guy likes a girl with a little balls, so drop your fears and go for it. Plus the worst thing he can do is say no. There are plenty o others out there if he does. Go big or go home!

If he is flirting with so many girls that you notice then he's just looking for someone anyone really...not someone special. If that is what you want, ask him out and screw him I suppose.

maybe you should ask him to go out with you when you're 100% sure that he likes you too.. so you wont be hurt! or if you really wanna hangout with him then just ask him and dont give him any gestures suggesting that you like him just a friendly date like you need someone to accompany you to buy something then invite him over your house or go out and eat somewhere and just be casual with him.. and maybe you'll get a hint if he likes you too.. dont show him first that you like him so if ever he doenst feel the same way then that wont be bad as knowing that he knows what you feel about him.. take it one at a time! watch out for yourself!! goodluck!
