Yes I have & *sigh* I even tried one long weekend. Well, I can't exactly say it DIDN'T work at all but I can't say it really did either. The 2nd day I felt my jeans were a bit loser-barely-but then 2 days later, the day I had wanted to be a bit smaller around my waist for a dress ( I had gained a bit of weight since the final fitting for a bride's maid dress) I sure wasn't any smaller anymore. The first day was okay, but the 2nd & 3rd were not so easy. For what it's worth-I don't think its worth it. My sister's friend tried it a few times & she never really noticed a difference either. Good luck if you decide to try it-good luck if you don't too!

When I was 14, the summer before my freshman year of HS, I tried the 3-day diet. I did it exactly as it was supposed to be, 3 days on, 4 days off. It took a couple of weeks for me to really lose weight, but when the summer was over I had lost close to 60 lbs. I kept most of the weight off, but after about a year I started to gain it back. It changes your appetite so you eat smaller portions, but as you start to eat regularly sized meals again your body stores the fat and calories. I'm 18 now and I'e gained back about double what I originally lost. I would say, if you are serious about keeping the weight off and changing your diet for good, go for it. But if you're like me and enjoy real food, stay away. Quick fix diets can be detrimental to your health.

Don't go the fast way. If you do it everything will go upside down. Just excersize and eat right every day and you will look better than any cheerleader.

eating breakfast , drinking alot of water , and eat a healthy lunch dont eat dinner . this can make u lose weight fast though it takes about a week but it is healthy

i remember the 24 hour diet where you loose alot of weight..unfortunatly you lost all the weight on the loo
