aha! a philosophical question. If you actually are the retard that causes the accident, theoretically, you won't get stuck in a lot of traffic on the way home- you will be the one who caused all the traffic.

There are a lot of traffic live cameras online. You just have to check prior to leaving for home. For example, I check nbc4.tv to get my local traffic prior to leaving work.
