I drive a 2005 Crown Victoria it has 12,000 miles on it; I've made it a religion to have a 3,000 mile service job on it so it’s been taken care of. I owe about $23k making monthly payments of $422 a month. I'm just fresh out of school so the only reason I work is to pay off this car. I want to leave my job so I can focus on my education; like go to college. But I can’t because of this care. Is there a website were you can post the car and people will actually take up the payments.

Yes. They would need to go to a bank to refinance it, unless you trust them enough to tote the note for them. If they miss a payment it would go against your credit.
