My friends and I are going to take a trip to NYC this october and were only going to be there for 5 days. For those of you who have been there or live there, what are some of the things that we absolutely, positively cannot miss out on?(we got some youngsters in our group, so nightclubs and bars out of the question) Also, if you know of any great photo stops that would be great too. Thanks!!!!

Go to Sylvia soul food restaurant in Harlem, to to flat bush and east 26 st for shopping Go out dancing , site seeing. there are many thing to do while you are down there. My advice to you is wear comfortable sneakers and be ready to move with the crowds of people. You and your friends have a safe trip.

Is too much for to do there!
just some things:
you can stop at Buffalo in the border with Canada...Niagara falls
trip to the island closer, get a trip to the liberty lady...if you can go to the top very interesting things there, a trip to the 5th ave. maybe you find to your favorite rock star making some shopping, Chinese town, Latinos places, fill your back packs with food before is very expensive everything...take a trip in a boat ,visit the sky crappers , the new building in the place where the twin towers was...and a lot more for 15 days easy.

have a look through the previous/ other questions in this "new york city" section.... you will find other people have asked a similar question & had some good replies...

it really depends what kind of thing you all like to do.... you certainly wont be disappointed by a lack of things to do... maybe a lack of time to fit them all in.

Bronx Zoo should be good for a mixed age group.

You could check out this website & there are plenty more like it available to scroll through on-line...
