I would not recommend it for meatloaf!
Try using whole pieces of bread for underneath meatloaf------it will absorb extra grease and make it easier to clean pan.

Can I use Reynolds Cut-Rite Wax Paper in the oven?

Cut-Rite Wax Paper may be used as a liner in baking cakes, quick breads, muffins or any baked food in which the batter completely covers the wax paper lining. Wax paper should never be directly exposed to the heat of an oven.

Wax paper should never be exposed to direct heat (paper is flammable), it can and is used safely in numerous baking applications. In baking quick breads or cakes, a pan can be lined with wax paper in such a way that the batter completely covers the surface of the wax paper lining.

No!!!
Use parchment paper or aluminum foil in the oven, not waxed paper.

No, but keep parchment paper on hand - that can go up to around 400 degrees, I think - it says on the box. It's inexpensive, and sometimes way easier to use than foil, such as in the case of your meatloaf.
