Once a week, because I have very long hair and if I do it more it looks dry. When I had short hair I washed it every day. When I had medium length hair about every other day. I do take a shower everyday regardless of my hair length.

6-10, it depends a lot on the weather. If things are cool and dry then there's no need to smear chemicals all up in my hair everyday of the week; even then I'll usually go no longer than every other day. But if it's all sticky and hot and I'm working outside, then I'm likely to wash it once in the morning and maybe again at night.

6 Days a week I try not to wash it on Sundays cause I am usually around the house cleaning and stuff, it isn't good to wash it everyday but, I have to I can't stand the feeling of it if I don't . I use products in my hair every morning.
