Well, muscle usually weighs more than fat, so I don't think it's necessarily a question about how many pounds you weigh, but how you look. If you can see definations in your muscle, you're on a good track. If you can see definations in your bones- probably a bit too skinny. If there's a huge defination in your rib, collar, cheek or back bones, you're probably starting to look freakishly skinny.

Anywhere between 98-132 lbs is considered the most healthy for a girl your height. But see your doctor if you ever have any concerns.

I can see my ribs and i weigh about 200lbs. You can do a search for body mass index calculator. That should give you a good idea what your ideal weight should be.

there's this chart you can check if your weight is appropriate for your height. go below that requirement and you become malnourished.
