You can't create a new file, but you can revamp your existing one.

And yes, unlike the first poster claims, you can legally correct your file. As long as the information that is listed has errors (which they probably do) you have every right to request the information be corrected, or if unable to be corrected then it must be deleted.

You might want to check out the site I've listed. Do some reading in the newbie forum and then in the credit forum. Learn your rights, learn how to deal with the bureaus and collectors.

You dont create a new one-- its tied to your social security number.


You just have to pay off delinquencies and pay all bills on time. It will go up-- eventually.

You don't.......legally anyway. It may take a while, but you're just going to have to build your credit up.
