It shouldn't matter if they are "cool", what should matter is that you like the idea of having your nose pierced.
As far as the piercing itself, it was the least painful of the ones I have, 12 in total.
Please be sure that you are getting it done at a reputable shop, by someone who has done many before. The risk for infection is always there, so do be sure to keep the site as clean as you can. Don't fiddle with it until it's healed and try not to bump it or knock it on anything, that can cause aggravation.

Since ur getting this done, less is more in this case, a small gem/diamond/hoop is much prettier than a monster gem
Its meant to compliment the facial features, not take away from them

I personally would never get my nose pierced, but I think as long as you get something like a real small diamond it can look very classy. Something big would just look like a mole. Good luck :)

I think it's cool...because I have one too...
if u feel that nose piercing is cool n u feel comfortable with that..so move on..don't care what other people said....

Personally, I find facial piercings unattractive. If you are set on doing this, go small.

if you do decide to do it, make sure its not very big and its subtle. it can be sexy if you do it right i think. this is comming from a guy with no piercings and has a gf without ne either.

They're very painful (so I've been told, never had one), darn flipping ugly, and they can get infected. You couldn't pay me to get one and I really hope that you won't get one.
