well they are musicians, so its simple, buy them goodie bags with quintessential US brand accessories. for the guitarists / bassists buy guitar straps, plectrums, strings and whatever other silly trinket you can find - but again I insist, made by an obviously american manufacturer, otherwise it kinda loses its point. For the drummer buy him some drumsticks, wristbands, and so on. Also get a picture of them at some point, in front of a US heritage site of some kind and prior to them leaving get it printed up and in a nice frame (I wouldnt go for a stars and stripes - but that will americanise it so its up to you...that is the point after all). Finally try and get a map, marking out their tour locations and dates.
