car door. They are now swollen. What should I do?

Ouch... You should tell her to warn you before she closes up like that next time!!! Tell her to keep the door open when you are around, that way this won't happen again.. If she's worried about something getting in there (I.e ... dust, small animal...) she should use a thin fabric to cover it.
Easy access to the car door is always a plus! You don't have to worry about the hassel of getting it back open when you want to put something in there!

Are you speaking literally or figurativley?
Either way I'll be nice and address it. Ice your fingers with either a bag of frozen veggies or a bag of ice for 15 minutes at a time and take some ibuprofen for the swelling and the pain. If your fingers are painful to move you need to have them x-rayed and possibly taped.

The presentation of your question would lead one to think it was just another one of those "sexational"/ fixation questions. I don't know if that was your doing or Yahoo's -- but if it was yours, quit gloating and waiting for dumb answers, 'cause you won't get one from me.
If on the off-chance it was legitimate, soak your fingers in ice water to reduce the swelling, and get them X-rayed to make sure there are no broken bones or sprains.
