No one is born evil, or with sin. Evil is a choice that only you can decide. of course people not knowing the truth or had the opportunity to have heard the truth don't know they are sinning. so how can you hold that against them. But to willingly disobey Gods commandments is a sin,

We all have a choice between good and evil. I don't think too many are simply born evil, but it seems to me that there are a few that seem to have the birth defect of seeming to be born without a conscience. Some use a messed up childhood as an excuse for evil, but I don't think that's really true. There can be multiple children in a home devasted by child abuse, and only one turns out to be evil, so it seems to have a lot to do with the personality of the individuals involved. Some abused kids grow up to abuse other people, some go into social work to help kids being abused, there is not cut and dried answer. Do evil people realize they're evil? Probably not. They know they're committing a crime and could get into trouble, but can a person with no conscience really understand the concept of evil?

My point of view, is that, somewhere down the line, God is not in their lives, I know we think of a child how could a child be evil, be we must think about the generation that he is coming from, a child, that grows up in a nice home where parents are well behaved, dont have any bad habits, and even if they do not have God i their lives, they live pretty decent lives.

However, in a family where the parent or parents are known for its bad behavior, criminal behaviors, bad habits, drugs, etc. then the child i more than likely to end up the same way. Where the parents is not involved and cares enough to correct the child.

Evil comes from Satan, people do not get these ideas of killing or stealing or hurting on their own, because we were created to worship God. But since, the beginning the original sin of Adam and eve have cause Satan to be all around and has made him prince of this world, he inject humans with these horrible thought and gets them to commit the acts. One may not be born evil, all children are of God, and innocent, however, once the child is able to reason and make logical decision, then the enemy tries to get his way, if the person has never been instructed on what to do then he thinks what just popped into his head is a great idea.

There is evidence that suggests that some people are born bad. More frequently though evil is a choice. Evil being a choice is demonstrated by two children are raised in the same household subject to the same abuses or what have you and one will choose to victimize other people while the other chooses not to.

I like humanists think the basic belief that people are born good as long as their true core self is not trampled upon by society,
However i do also believe that there may indeed be a tiny portion of people who are either born with organic brain deficit that make them insane from birth or who are born evil the monstrous behaviors of these people may for ever remain unchangeable.

In the case of psychopaths, probably. There may be something in their brain chemestry or make-up that makes them incapable of normal empathy. In others...the motives vary widely. The most "evil" are usually the people who cast aside moral arguments in favor of some "higher good".

Question B is impossible to determine. If true, then you have only God to blame.

Question C is entirely possilbe.

Question D is also quite unlikely. Adolf Hitler believed he was doing "God's Work". Lenin and Stalin were merely consolidating the power of the State in their eyes. Most serial killers and serial rapists don't see themselves as "evil", only driven by their desires. It takes a certain degree of self-awareness to recognize malice in oneself, and many hardnened criminals lack the inishgt or inclination to examine the whys.

I'm not an authority on good and evil, but I do believe that you are a product of your environment and the company that you keep.

read "the sociopath next door"... being "evil" is sort of a mental disorder... some people are born with it, some people, it develops. it has to do with the brain... read the book its really good and interesting.
