on medium brown hair the best thing to use is a bleach. im a hairdresser but it depends on how blonde you want your hair. the best thing to do is go to a hairdressers and they will help you from there but i think the best thing to use would be a bleach or if you didnt want it as bright as a bleach then to go for a high lift tint good luck honey xx
