No it is called individual responsibility, if you are to lazy to exercise and you eat to much, most people will be over weight. It is mostely the life style that people have, most sit behind a pc and go home and do nothing. This is also growing in China, people have given up their bikes for cars, now that China has a growing middle class, and they are starting to see more fat kids and adults.

Well I see fat people everywhere ,its not a crime yet .There are lots of fat German girls in Germany.But you know the world keeps spinning no matter what.If someone is fat its none of your business now is it.Its their own problem.I know some heavy men that are very very healthy.The worlds strongest men most of them are big and meaty.They sure aren't unhealthy.But again none of your business or mine.
