I believe it is legal to have an abortion in Hawaii at 3 months. Hawaii is among the most liberal states when it comes to abortion laws....no parental notification/consent laws, no wait periods and no restrictions on late term abortion. Last April, the law was further expanded to eliminate the 90-day residency requirement, to end the requirement that all abortions be performed in hospitals and to add language to ensure the right to abortion in the event that Roe vs. Wade is challenged.
If you or someone you know is contemplating abortion, it would be in your best interest to consult with a physician or Planned Parenthood to verify the abortion law in your state.

Even if it is, are you aware of your baby's development at 3 months? By that point, your baby has a beating heart, recordable brain waves, all her organs, and tiny fingers and toes. She can suck her thumb, grasp an object placed in her palm, and feel pain. She can smile, frown, get the hiccups, make a fist, and kick her feet. Please don't let anyone hurt your baby. She is depending on you, her mommy, for love and protection. Please make sure you have all the facts:

3 months, i recommend you should keep it because at that stage, you can see the heart, hands and legs. I think after 3 months is a human already. Dont do it! Think of how happy you would have that child with you! Of course a lot of hard work and time but it is worth it!

I am not sure. I know it is in the state of california up to 17 or 18 weeks I believe. Call your local Planned Parenthood office and check. They would be able to give you all of that info.

abortion, I HATE THAT WORD.it shouldnt be legal anyway to have an abortion,there is an old phrase, you play, you pay, that poor baby didnt asked to be conceived, please give it a chance to live, babies have rights too,they are so defenceless, they are a great gift from god, please dont kill your child.

Why would you want to? Oh my god. If you have an ultrasound and see YOUR baby YOUR child, I dont think you would want to kill it and if you still do, you are a sick being. Please just consider adoption!! And next time, DONT HAVE SEX!!
