Her mannerisms. The way she looks at me and smiles, and gives a friendly hello.

Sex appeal maybe nice, but it isn't the only thing by a long shot. A woman who is pretty and acts like she knows it, is definitely a turn off, and she will be ignored by me.

She should carry and conduct herself like she has class.

Impossible to define, but it's not always looks. The way she walks, her personality (in body language terms), her smile, the way she interacts with other people. Most certainly if she smiles. Nothing is more beautiful than a woman's genuine smile, especially if it's a kind or thoughtful gesture.
