sandwich?
ganola with yogurt?
fruit salad?
boiled eggs?

I can not think of foods that I could decide easily what to eat for lunch without getting fat. I don't like to eat sandwich because it makes me feel bloat through the day and too full for dinner. Any suggestion? :)

You could have a different kind of salad everyday! Ceasar salad with just romaine and croutons is good, chef salad with some meat on it and cucumbers and tomatoes, and so on. You could have a veggie salad with carrots and snap peas in it. There are so many combinations!

Hi,
Sandwich is good, just be careful what kind of bread you use. You can eat Ezekiel bread as much as you want. Vegetable sushi is good, tuna is good. Sardines are very good and cheap if you like fish. I would stay away from excessives sweet stuff like fruit salads. Usually even granola is sweet.
Check out below fro more info. You should be able to eat pretty much anything in moderation if you have no health concerns.

I am working with a personal trainer, and my lunch consists of a light sandwhich and baked lays. Make sure you choose a light bread (usually 80 calories for 2 slices), light mayo, healthy choice turkey and a slice of kraft fat free american cheese. Give it a shot, tastes good and wont make you feel bloated. Light bread is key though, you will have to search your grocery store for it in the bread isle, but it makes a huge difference (normal bread is usually 120 calories or so per slice!)
Hope this helps

granola with yogurt and add the fruits to it!!

but if you eat the same thing everyday you will get bored, so switch with a portion of meat or chicken or fish, and salad, or soup, or baked potatoes, and be creative with your salads, add avocados, grains etc.
try sushi too
