How can a girl be more obvious in telling a guy we like him.. Do we literally have to go up to him and say HEY I LIKE YOU. and if we do.. will you freak out and run away?!

I think you're on the right track, I would not freak out at all, I would be flattered and it would also be cool because I think it is common perception that guys should approach girls, or at least this is usually the norm....so us guys would appreciate it if you girls would turn the tables on us once in a while. And I am kinda shy anyway, so anything you can do to be more up front, rather than send ambiguous signals (not saying that all women do that, mind you :) ) would be great. Just my point of view, hope this helps!

If a guy likes you, talk to him and notice him. i hate it when a girl i like completely ignores me and does her own thing. i like women to touch me (not sexually, just a hand brush or a lean against me. I LOVE it when girls lean on me) from time to time. i also dont like it when your act rude to us to play "hard to get" Try some of those little hand brushes when your walking next time, and get to know him a little before you ask him out. Things take time.
If all else fails, try leaking out that you like him to the gossip girl. word will get to him and he will start to notice you. Now this may not be good, because if he dosn't like you he will avoid you.
And if a guy RUNS from a girl that likes him, he's probaly gay

So then are girls as shy as guys when it comes to a good looking person that theyd like to b with. yeah itd b nice once in a while if a girl hit on a guy.

The best way is to MAKE COOKIES! Call them and say you just made cookies and that you will be by his house. Then just say, "I'm going to drop a couple off for you." Maybe I just like cookies, but this would work for me, and well everyone I know.

NOPE ! We love girls who hit on us ! Actually now it's becoming more comon, trendy & accepted by society if a girl hit on a guy.
My girlfriend hit on me while i was grocery shopping & i loved it & became her boyfriend(3.5 years allready together).
