Do you mean E. coli? That's a bacterial infection. The E. coli originates in the colon, and is generally transmitted by unsanitary handling of food. The people who answer questions here can make educated guesses, or go by their own experiences, and also make recommendations for home remedies. However, if you've had a blood test that came back positive for this infection, then you're probably under a doctor's care and should seek advice from him or her, as we are not qualified to make diagnoses or recommend treatment for the more serious diseases. Please get help from a professional.

you mean e-coli which is caused by bacteria in the blood stream usually associated with feces. Had one once after surgery due to unsterile instruments. Treated with antibiotics. Did not have lumps or rash though, did not get that far. Hope you are under treatment.

Do you mean e coli? That's a food poisoning. I don't know that rashes and lumps are characteristic of it, though.
