Depends how much weight you are trying to shed but the key is to eat smaller meals like 5 a day, avoid fried food..make sure they are grilled, broiled or boiled.....drink tons of water and make sure first thing in the morning you are exercing this increases your metabolism (early morning exercise).....if possible eat as little starch as possible and plenty of veggies

The only thing I can say is, dieting doesn't work. Start out with walking , and eating healthy... this will raise your energy level, and make your body crave the foods it really needs. Don't limit your proportions, just limit unhealthy things. Eat green before a meal, and make sure you get ALL of your food groups. Slowly work up to being more active, such as jogging, and simple exercises...such as situps, crunches, squats...and do different ones every time. Only do it about 3-4 times per week...until you have gained enough energy to do it more often.

You'll achieve your goal of losing weight quickly thru a well balanced diet (80% alkaline foods meaning fruits/vegetables and 20% acidic foods daily), regular exercise (three/four times weekly 30 minutes each), and drinking 8 glasses of water daily. However, I'll go one step further to show you the best and safest way to lose weight so that your entire system will achieve a balanced pH and not be depleted of the essential minerals that it needs. As the typical American diet is mainly acidic, except for most fruits and vegetables, it is close to impossible for our body to attain the alkaline levels that spells good health without the proper nutrients. An acid pH has considerable influence over the majority of weight problems, including Diabetes and Obesity. It seems that a habitually acid pH can directly cause immediate weight gain. Here's what happens when a system is too acid. A condition known as Insulin Sensitivity or Syndrome X results, which forces too much insulin to be produced, and the body is flooded with insulin so that it won't waste any calories, it diligently converts every calorie it can into fat.
It is thought that an acid pH immediately signals the powerful genetic response to an impending famine, directly interacting with the all important and very sensitive, Insulin- Glucagons Axis. This makes the body produce more insulin than usual, and in turn, produce more fat and store it. In general, the more insulin is available to the body, the higher the probability that fat will be produced and stored, rather than used and burned as energy.
Thus, an acid pH will probably alert the genetic response to famine, directing more insulin to be produced and storing more fat than usual. Conversely, a healthy, slightly alkaline pH, will be more likely to yield normal fat burning metabolic activity, making no demands on the body to overly produce insulin and make fat, allowing fat-weight to be burned and naturally lost. And, with a healthy pH, there's less likely to be any yo-yo effect, or rebounding from a diet with additional weight gain. As long as nutritional stores are maintained, a healthy, slightly alkaline pH allows fat to burn normally for energy, rather than being hoarded under the mistaken biochemical belief of an impending famine.

Don't start these "diet plans",common sense should tell you to look at the kinds(and how much) of food you eat.WALKING is the best thing along with several small meals a day,more green veggies,lots of water,and fruits.You don't have to cut meat out of your life either.I lost 150lbs without any diet plans,you can do it to.Good luck.Also,good things don't come quick!!!

I would check out weight watchers. It goes off a point system, which is really good. You receive a certain amount of points you can eat during the day, based on your weight. You also have extra points to use during the week or for the weekend. I was on weight watchers and lost 53lbs. My first week on weight watchers I lost 10lbs.

Run for 45 minutes a day as fast as you can.

eat mixed fruit for breakfast (small bowl)

salad for lunch

and

Turkey with gravy/rice/steamed carrots and brocolli for dinner

Repeat this for 1 month and you'll lose 15 pounds.

You could walk and enjoy the weather and then have sex alot I t makes you lose weight make sure youm have a man that weight less than you so when he he is on top he will be banging you and it will make you lose weight and dont forgert to use those thighs

Atkins was fast working for me. Many will rip this diet but I'm a whole lot healthier because of it.
