I had dyed my hair black but then wanted to go blond cause black was too severe for my coloring. I didn't think to tell the stylist that it was dyed and my hair turned out hot pink, They couldn't get it all back to the natural color after about 3 hours at the salon and the stylist was in tears cause she said she should have asked. I just laughed and had her cut my shoulder length hair like a boys, shaved at the back and about an inch long on top, that got rid of all of the pink except the bangs which were a little longer, it looked so cool i wore it that way for 2 years. Don't cry about it, use it as an opportunity to try a new hairstyle that you never would have had the courage to try before. Btw my hair is now long and blond so anything that you try will only be temporary.
Use it to spice thing up a little and laugh at it.

The summer before I started high school (I'm a senior now) I decided I wanted a little change done to my hair. Well, I had long hair to begin with and I wanted to keep most of the length and just get a few layers and side swept bangs. HOWEVER, that is NOT what I got. She took off about 5 inches, and gave me bangs straight across my forehead (like the kind little kids have). It looked awful....it was so bad it made me cry.

I realize now though that it is just hair, so if I get a bad haircut (which, I always do) I just shrug it off and say "hey, it'll grow back"

When I was at school I used to get my hair permed and each time I wanted big loose curls, but came out with tiny and very tight curls. Before I had it permed, they always used to cut my fringe too short as well. So, I think I probably cried after just about every visit to the hair salon between the ages of about 11 and 15! lol

OH MY YES! I'm still trying to grow it out. I had long beautiful hair and now it is up to my collar bone with layers that are way to short and uneven. This looks nothing like what I wanted and cut wrong. I have to use a curling iron on it and style it every day or I look like I have a mop on my head. This is going to take a long time just to get most of the layers grown out enough to be cut off.

I like to change up my look alot so i told the stylist to cut off 7 inches of my hair. She obviously mistook what i said for 11 inches and needless to say I did not go back. My hair was shorter than Sienna Miller's. I cried for 2 days straight before i had to return to school with my new cut.

Yes, it was awful. I am a black women and I went to a salon that had black and white stylists. I was told that this white stylist could do ethnic hair I was skeptical but I thought hey I might as well try it, well she messed my hair up I was sooooooo upset I was not going to pay lol and I was crying , one of the black stylists that was about to leave for the day felt so bad for me that she re-did my hair . I did pay half of what the original cost was supposed to be.

So once when I was in seventh grade, I got lice. This especially sucked because I had long hair and it was extremely thick. So thick that I couldn't possibly remove all of the bugs.

My dad cuts my older brother's hair, so one day, he just sheared all my hair to about an inch and a half long. Needless to say, it was very upsetting.

oh yeah...
i went to my salon and my girl wasnt there and instead of waiting until the next day i wanted my hair cut right then and there.

well i wanted a trim and retouchup on my hgilights... my hair was half way down my back...

i walked out of there with my roots overly bleached and my hair a little past my shoulders.
i was balling my eyes out!

i had to come back the next day and atleast i got my higlights fixed.

worst hair cut EVER!

luckily, no. Whenever I go for a drastic change I'm always thinking "Is this going to be the time that I have the really bad cut" but I've been really lucky to not have that happen.
