You need to see a doctor. "Bumps" could be normal or they could be an STD. Please get checked right away for the safety of your baby.

Sometimes the pressure of the baby on the vagina can cause the veins to bulge. They might feel like bumps or cords. I would ask the doctor next time you had a appointment if they could have a look just to make sure. If it is veins then there are some belly belts that you can wear that help to take pressure off your vagina area.

Most people have bumps, its possible you didnt notice them until now.

Hormones cause you body and skin to do weird things.

Unless you know you have an STD, or theres a chance you might, i wouldnt worry about it.

Hormones can do weird things, but I think I would want to rule out genital warts (HPV virus) or something like that. Talk to your obstetrician.
