Congrats! Here are a few ideas:
A gift of a baby name book wrapped in blue and pink paper
A romantic dinner with a bottle of sparkling cider that has blue and pink ribbon tied around it. Or serve the drinks in a baby bottle!

I gave my husband a big box filled with tissue paper and the pee stick and a card that said congrats we did it. I gave him the card and he was confused and then he opened the box it all sunk in he loved it. good luck. you could also get a baby's outfit that says something like daddies my hero. or give him a doll and some diapers and tell him to get some practice in

You know how, when a guy pops the marriage question, it's common to...
Go to a romantic dinner, have the waiter bring light champagne and there's a ring in the bottom?
Have the waiter put in a pacifier.
You could get served apple juice....

You could buy him a card that says "I love you Daddy" on it or something like that. Or maybe have flowers or balloons delivered to where he works that say "congratulations"?!
I just put the test on my hubby's pillow so he would see it when he got in to bed that night. Although the suspense was killing me and I finally told him to go upstairs and see what I left for him!

Tell him you found a great way to save money. No more buying birth control pills for 9 months! [But to be on the safe side, make it 8 months, not 9.]

Get one of those t-shirts at a maternity store that says baby and has an arrow. Then put it on when he gets home from work and wear it around the house until he notices... :-)
