If the both of you are consenting adults...no it's not wrong. If she's willing to be "pumped" by you knowing full well that you are his best friend, then she's obviously not content with his performance. Either that or she's a super sl*t who is willing to be "pumped" by anyone.

Yes and no! depends if yous are doing it for fun or if something could atually happen between you's and how much your best friend means to you and how much he likes his bird but personal i would just say go for it why no!
