I found one reply funny. "Shave her head". When I told my daughter that was said, she started crying and said she would always listen and not to shave her head. I just want to thank the person who said that.

That's horrible! I remember thinking back to my own childhood, when my mother would threaten to send my brother and me to "military school" (where, of course, they would shave our heads), and how we'd cry and beg her forgiveness....
Now that I'm a parent, I can't even CONCEIVE of INTENTIONALLY causing that kind of terror and fear of loss in my own son's heart....

Well, although I wouldn't recommend saying that to your child to make her behave, it is kind of funny.
Just don't do it again. That's mean, and extremely detrimental to a child that age.
