If you can afford it and want it to really turn out good then have an interior shop install it. My uncles 64 was quoted at $300 for the install, not cheap but hell of alot of work to install one on your own.

From one 1972 Super Beetle owner to another... I don't know... Mine is a convertible: BUT you can find out where at(http://www.hvwc.org ) The Houston Volkswagen Club. Get on their forums and they'll hook you up.

If you bought one it should come with instructions. If not check out a book called How to keep you VW alive.
