So unless you have been together for months, are monogamous and recently been tested - his sperm shouldn't be touching the in side of your mouth. It is a myth that the the stomach acids kills aids. If you have a cut any where in your mouth or down your esophagus, that is an easy way for the virus to enter you.
Politely tell him to put a condom on if you want.
