cut out breads - fried foods - sweets

just fruit - take apples to work 2 or more - water - lots of water - lots of sleep 8 - 10 hours a night - bran cereal in the mornings - lots of salads through the week - your energy will go right up after you start eating salads - I need the same type of food for energy - get drained like you if I dont eat the right food

You sound like you have a sleep apnea. Perhaps you are not getting the necessary REM amount of sleep because of a blocked passage in the septum of the nose. You maybe waking up all through the night, but never coming out of alpha stage sleep, so you never remember waking up longer than repositioning yourself to breath.

Try children's chewable vitamins. They aren't as potent at adult multi-vitamins, but can give you a boost in the afternoon. Try one in the morning (6 am) one at lunch (1pm) and one at dinner (6pm) unlike caffeine it will not stimulate or 'trick' you into wakefulness, it will help you body utilize the calories available.

Get enough sleep

Eat right at work, too. Plan ahead - bring a water bottle, fruit, etc if you can.
