Science has exploded with its contribution to humanity over the past 2000 years. Humans live on average so much longer. Contributions from technology, medicine, information, communication, discoveries about the universe, education, health, travel, food, the list is endless.
Religious people are quick to suggest that God gave humans the ability to use science to help humanity, and therefore God deserves the credit.
In the same vein then, what has God helped religion achieve over the past 2000 years?

The Almighty God who created the universe, endowed man with a special gift of intelligence and thought, to enable him to discriminate between good and bad. Man has also been given, the freedom to choose his own path by either accepting or rejecting the instructions of the Almighty Creator. The divine revelations were conveyed by God to mankind through numerous prophets who preached the ideals to all communities during different periods of human history. The thousands of prophets whom God selected for human guidance have promulgated the basic doctrine with remarkable similarity. The belief in and the profound reverence for all messengers and revealed scriptures from God forms an integral part of Islamic faith. Islam is not a religion founded by Prophet Mohammed, (Peace Be Upon Him). The Qur’an has most emphatically corroborated the fact that the Islamic conception of life was revealed to man by a long chain of prophets chosen by the Almighty Creator.

Religion served it's purpose as a control mechanism just as government has.
However science has now shown not only that God exists, but that everyone and everything is a direct manifestation of God, connected to the All, and that separation is only an illusion.
Both the old concepts of religion and the old concepts in science have been undone. Spirituality and science are now in agreement, and you have much to learn

"god" has not helped religion in any way, other than being its excuse for existing. man created religion, not god. man creates the laws we live by, not god. man decides who and what is right and wrong, and good and evil. man creates and destroys. god has nothing to do with anything. the only reason he exists is so people have someone to call a friend when they feel they have no one else. "god is with them always". Sorry, just my opinion :o)

Religion has killed more people than we can ever begin to count. It has also suppressed knowledge and scientific progress, kept people poor and ignorant, enriched the clergy, enslaved entire races of people, put power in the hands of corrupt despots, and has given anyone a reason to do just about anything.

Unfortunately for you underapreciating victims of a society thats eaten you up and ready to spit you out you were born with free will and with the brains given to you so graciously to you by God we unfortunately have used those brains wrongly. So to answer your question only YOU ARE TO BLAME, not God. Nice try though.

On Earth, science has acheived much and religion little--except, ironically, what it contributed to science.
In Heaven, science has contributed nothing and religion everything.

Rome became into on the top of its ability. life expectancy became into 40-40 5 years. human beings robotically died of what we now evaluate minor ailments. Spirits, gods, and demons have been seen the source of maximum psychological and actual ailments. no longer a extreme-high quality time to be alive. Rome became into polytheistic: they had many gods, maximum ripped off from the Greeks (who, frankly, had lots greater classification).
