I know two.
1 I pray the lord my soul to keep and wake me with the morning light.
2 If I die before I wake I pray the lord my soul to take.

my grandmother cant stand to teach it to my 4 year old niece though, she thinks its horrible teaching a child they might die in their sleep, so she found a version that is more appropriate for a child but im not sure that is what you are looking for.
