Should I join Yearbook or Student Council? I was wondering which colleges prefer better? I'm a freshman and I'm in the newspaper, but I also want to join another club. Please help! Thanks.

do what you want, do both if you like just don't do it because a college wants you to, do it becuase you want to.

Student council is more prestigious but yearbook creates something long lasting. Colleges would love both but prefer Student Council more. You should try seeing which you would be more interested because 3 or 4 years of yearbook looks better than 1 year of student council.

I don't know in my school they were both poularity contests. And I think it was the same kids in both of those clubs pretty much.
