I'm 25 years old girl....I want to lose my weight...even I'm not overweight....
but I dont like my body...thats why I want to lose weight...I'm 5'1" and 114 pound....
Because I'm a student n part timer...so I dont have time to do exercise....how can I lose weight?give me a conclusion!!!!

just eat your fruits and veggies. maintain a well balanced diet and watch those calories.

keep hydrated and exercise. don't go obsessive with it, it will fail big time and you may even put on weight or lose too much then double up on the weight when you really need to intake elements.

you're not overweight...

you have the time... take the stairs... walk... walk and walk.

ride a bike to the places you need to go to that aren't very long distances.

less junk food, fast food, snacks, prepackaged foods.

Listen: you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

At 5'1" and 114#s your close to what my wife was when I met her (an inch taller and a few pound heavier). I think your perfect and I wouldn't want you to change a thing. Just focus on enjoying life with the gifts you have.
