Try and stay as busy as possible to keep your mind off of it. One of the best things you can do is work all of it out at the gym. Nothing is going to make it go away except a lil time though. Use this time to confront, deal with, and get over it. The last thing you want to do is jump back out there with baggage and mess up something that could be good.

Heartache is one of life's most challenging emotions! But, sometimes we forget that it is okay to hurt and to feel pain. Accept it. Don't try to find a band-aid to cover the wound, talk about it (just like you seem to be doing!). Reach out and help someone that is also hurting - sometimes it helps to put your pain in perspective. Spend an afternoon volunteering at a children's cancer clinic - that should help you put your pain in perspective! I don't mean to minimize your hurt, but time will heal! You have to pull yourself up - and get through it the best way you can. Don't look back - only look forward!

please go and watch - jack *** the movie - forget about everything . bring as much as funny movies you can bring _ mr bean and others and take one sip of scotch and laugh out loud in the movie - burn his name in paper burn everythin .... that will relate ...
