OK, I would like to find the best program for simple cartoons. It should be as simple as possible and easy for manipulation with objects. I need it to be powerful, a lot of possibilities, but easy to use.

You can use Powerpoint 2003. Although I like to use Macromedia Dreamweaver to make Flash. It is probably the best.

Photoshop for stills and map onto flash, for 3-d try maya.. it;s better than 3dx-max
