Soak it in household hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes, 3 times per day...that will do the trick..If you can't get a bottle of peroxide, warm salt water will do..add about 3 Tablespoons of salt to a cup of hot water, stir and soak as above..It will take out the soreness and clean the wound..

I doubt very much you'll have to have an amputation. Wash your finger well, put some sprain on it, bandage it and keep an eye on it. You may get a mild infection, but nothing serious. Don't worry, as long as you keep it clean and change your band-aid every few days you'll be fine.

Dissolve a handful of Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) in very hot water. Soak your finger in it for half an hour, twice a day. The cut is sore because of the metal used in the can. Just like when you prick your finger on a pin it hurts like mad...because of the brass used in pins.

No don't worry--just wash it really well and keep it clean so infection doesn't start. If the wound is very deep u may need stitches. Hope it feels better.

Just put some antibiotic and a band-aid. If it falls off, it will not be because of the cut.

Most probably not but stop the bleeding of and put antiseptic on it. Is your tetanus shot up to date? You'll be okay.

I think you should amputate now, before it spreads
