Molly -- a little 20 lb. Collie/shepherd cross who looked like a Sheltie. Her "bad dog thing" was to tear up two Kleenex and leave them in the middle of the bathroom floor. (If she only tore up one, that might have been an accident, but two was her way of making sure we knew she'd done it.) That way, we'd "have" to come home and correct her, or at least that's how we figured her little doggie mind worked.

Long story short: about two weeks after we had to have her put down, my husband was out of town and I had to run some errands. The bathroom rug was fine before I left, and there was no one else in the house. I came back. . .and there were two shredded Kleenex on the floor.

I always figured it was Molly's way of sticking her little doggie tongue out at me one more time from the Great Beyond!

Tangie, mongrel rescue dog from house of an old man that died who I wasn't fond of at first but loved her so much after a few days and was devastated when she died.

Bailey, doberman/Rottweiler mix. Had her for 11 years. She is the only dog I ever had that left me a ghost. Even my neighbors hear her. Too bad she didn't help me raise the puppy!
