i've never wore a skirt because i hate my legs. they are long and thick. they are kind of weird shaped around the knee i just want them to be not skinny but a little slimmer and toned

Walk, walk and did I say walk? Best thing you can do for your legs. Also biking, hiking,swimming. Go out and enjoy yourself. Anything where you use your legs will help them. Fad diets won't help your legs. If you just want them toned just walk everywhere. Take the stairs, no elevators. Walk from the back of the parking lot. Get a treadmill if you don't want to go outdoors to walk. You will see a difference in a few weeks and a few months you will be amazed if you stick with it. Good Luck

I Have noticed that most women who roller blade have great legs, really tones those muscles!

know what, if you are still young.. flaunt it while you still can anyways and not worry so much about how they look cause in time with age.. it's a whole different story.

I'd say Yoga lessons would help.
