today in the game i experienced pain in the middle of my chest.wht can it be?The pain is like i've been outside on the cold weather.

I could be asthma or heartburn. If it doesn't happen again, don't worry about it. But if it happens again and again, go to a doctor.

either it can muscular, cardiac or or due to pleural irritaion,
muscular pain usualy restrict ur movement, pleuracy is increaed with inpiration n cardiac pain , so it can be angina or MI, angina subsides soon n MI has some symtoms like cold sweating, etc n yes in muscular pain ther eis tenderness over the joint areas, means where muscles r attacked to bone, get an ECG done n do visit doc if the pain is sever n intolerable n yes it can be do gastric problems as well so visit a doc n get ur checkup done
