They wont ask you that question. But if you are implying that you are HIV positive, dont give blood. But if you do give, it is tested anyway...

You can give blood as long as you do not test positive for HIV, Hepatitis, or any other blood borne diseases. The blood bank or Red Cross will do the test when you donate. If you test positive, they will notify you by mail.

Yes you can as long as you don't have aids/hiv etc..They will test your blood and tell you...And where in the world did you come up with this question they don't even ask if you have gotten it up the butt ar anything..
