No, but it is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open. Believe me, I've tried! You can try to hold your eyelids open, but they still snap shut. You are in absolutly in no danger by sneezing with your eyes open because it can't be done.
***I highly recommend not tying to hold your eyes open because I've heard of people poking their eyes, getting infections, etc.................

Actually it is possible to sneeze with your eyes open. I've done it a few times and your eyes don't pop out.

I'm not even sure if you can sneeze with your eyes open. Its a reflex thing. Have you ever tried? I have and I've never been able to do it. Its just automatic, you sneeze, your eyes close

in a word yes they would from the pressure built up in the sneeze, but dont worry it can never happen because it is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open

NO , seen it on one of those weirdo programs on TV , there was a guy on there who could sneeze and keep his eyes open at the same time looked fookin funny . so defo no !!!!

I dont sneeze with my eyes closed.. i've never thought it was a big thing, but my boyf thinks im strange!
and btw, i stil have my eyes!

well the next time u sneeze, get some duct tape and tape your eyes open. then you will find out.

I don't think so, nice thought though! By the way, I had an eye taken out of of its socket when I was very small at the hospital. It was cool!!!!
