i need recipe for idli using sona moosri rice with correct ratio.i dont get plain parboiled rice.in canada only long grain parboiled rice is available.i am using blender.

any knid of parboiled rice is ok. each country has a different ratio depending on the rice itself. check with someone before making the dough.

Idli recipe can be fond at the library or on line. Any parboiled rice is fine but I would try out small quantity to be sure before making it for 100 people..

That should be fine. The parboiled part is what's important for your recipe to work.
