Have you ever tried doing things differently, maybe more efficiently?

Ever read a book by someone you disagree with?

The metaphorical walk a mile in someone else's shoes?

Do you empathize with those different from you?

Ever look through a telescope and wonder?

Ever look in to a microscope and just . . . wonder?

Do you listen to your opponents and try to compromise, or try to destroy?

Why do you think I would ask these questions?

Yes, I think so. In the way I express myself, I suppose.

---

Yes, at school, but I don't remember those books. Since then, never. I look at some parts of writings I disagree with on internet, but never I would read the whole books.

---

I think it is a very realistic & wonderful metaphore.

Yes, I do. Much more than I seem.

---

Yup - but naked eyes are great too. I am a fan of planetology.

Yup. I love insects and stuff like this. Watching minerals too.

---

- Do you listen to your opponents and try to compromise, or try to destroy?

It depends on the environment.

Because asking them helps you evolve, and because some of the answers you will get may bring clues you need for yourself.

And because you need to be heard & understood. Like most of the people over here.

Ever try looking at the universe from a different perspective then your own?
A: Yes. Try looking at things from the perspective of a four year old. It's fun!!

Have you ever tried doing things differently, maybe more efficiently?
A: Why are people always asking me that? Could it be that they've seen my bathroom?

Ever read a book by someone you disagree with?
A: Yes. For some reason my parents just insisted that I actually read those dumb textbooks the school kept handing out.
YUCK!!

The metaphorical walk a mile in someone else's shoes?
A: Without going into sad details, yes, I have. It was a learning experience, and I know I couldn't have been supportive without my faith.

Do you empathize with those different from you?
A: Well, I call you my friend!

Ever look through a telescope and wonder?
A: Oh, yes! How could anyone looking through a telescope even think to doubt the existence of God?

Ever look in to a microscope and just . . . wonder?
A: Yes, and ditto!!

Do you listen to your opponents and try to compromise, or try to destroy?
A: Alot depends on how those opponents approach me! Given a choice, I'd much rather compromise!!

Why do you think I would ask these questions?
A: I dunno, but I understand God is laying in HUGE supplies of Excedrin Extra Strength!!!!!!

God bless you!!

1. Yes, all the time, as it is the only way you can find _your_ best way.
2. Is this like taking a different route to work, or riding your bike instead of driving?
3. Mein Kampf
4. Yes but it would take too long to explain.
5. Only if they don't complain without at least trying to change what they're complaining about. I can't stand when people do that.
6. Since I was 6 or 7.
7. No, but I have read books about what's under the microscope and wondered..., is that good enough?
8. I only compromise if my position isn't the clear best-option. This goes back to your first question, viewing situations from different perspectives. In the rare event I am actually proven wrong, I will take up my opponent's banner and become their biggest supporter.
9. To see what kind of answers you get, and if any of them are superior to what you have come up with. Also, it's your attempt to get people who don't do these things to think about their lives.

I try to... depends on the perspective being offered to me.

Yes, definitely. It makes life easier.

I have... and even agreed with some of the things stated by the author. The book was called Witchcraft goes Mainstream by Brooks Alexander.

Yes, I have... and I still made fun of him. J/K

I try to, but sometimes they make it really difficult.

Have looked thru both, telescope and microscope... and I always wonder... what the hell are those little squiggly things?

I try to find common ground and to reason out the argument. If that doesn't work, I ignore. And if that doesn't work, I retaliate.

They fit right in with the mood of this place.

Yes I do tend to wonder a lot and empathize with people different from me. I think it is part of our "wondering mind" if you wanna call it like that. Human beings always have the tendencies of wanting to explore and know more. I think part of that makes us wonder about space, other universes, other life species that exist both on earth and perhaps in other planets or universes.
I really do not know why you would ask these questions. I sometimes ask questions like these just to see other people's perspective on things. Perhaps you were doing the same.

You are obviously a Darwin lover so I can understand the questions you are asking. but be careful asking and trying to analize everything cause you will go crazy. Like a mad scienist. But I do question these things everyday and I do wonder. Like how everything is everything and every particle is somehow part of each other. Or looking through a telescope and wondering if there is so much more. But sometimes I just stop and think hey whatever, just live life to the fullest and have fun!!

I actually have a extensive outdoors, and have 2 cows in the exterior. I even have seen a alien craft 6 cases in my outdoors. i think of they have been there to play around with my cows. I have not any thought why.there is an entire city crammed with 20,000 human beings close by. Heck, my living house on my own contains 3 grownup human beings and six individual babies. Why those extraterrestrial beings are so involved or in touch approximately my cows basically boggles my techniques. yet so some distance they do no longer look to opt to harm us. in the event that they needed us lifeless, all they might ought to do is carry their alien craft basically above my living house and then furnish it the gas.

I know exactly why you ask, and ponder. But I won't go into that. But yes, I like to look at things from different sides. It's one of the ways I double-check my logic when it comes to people and their opinions or feelings. The christian point of view, I understand and find amusing sometimes. But I won't agree with most of their opinions when it comes to many things. But, one of the reasons I stay in my current situation is my ability to see things from a different perspective, no matter how biased I am to my own side.
